  • The Offer: Qualifying new residents will receive a £800 rent credit applied directly to their first rent installment.
  • Eligibility:
    • The promotion is open to new bookings only for the 2025/26 or 2026/27 academic years.
    • A minimum tenancy length of 28 weeks is required.
    • The promo code Damside800 must be specified at the time of booking. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively once a booking is confirmed.
    • The credit will be applied to the resident’s account once the tenancy agreement is signed, the advance rent is paid, and the student has successfully checked in.
  • Exclusions:
    • Existing residents (re-bookers).
    • Short-term or semester-only lets (under 28 weeks).
    • Bookings confirmed prior to 16/01/2026.
    • Students who defer or cancel their booking before check-in.
  • General: No cash redemption value, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other prizes. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.

  • The Offer: Current residents or those with a confirmed booking who refer a new student to Damside will receive a £200 rent credit applied to their first rent installment.
  • How to Claim:
    • The “Referrer” must be a current tenant or have a confirmed future booking at Damside.
    • The “Referred Student” must specify the code Damside200 and provide the Referrer’s full name at the time of booking.
    • The credit is applied to the Referrer’s account once the Referred Student has successfully checked in and paid their first rent installment.
  • Eligibility:
    • The Referred Student must book for a minimum of 28 weeks for the 2025/26 or 2026/27 academic year.
    • The Referred Student must be a new booker (not a re-booker).
  • Exclusions:
    • Bookings confirmed prior to 16/01/2026.
    • Referrals cannot be claimed retrospectively.
    • Not valid for short-term/semester lets.
    • Referrals are not valid if either party cancels or defers their booking before check-in.

General: No cash redemption value and non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate this promotion at any time without notice should unforeseen circumstances arise.
